What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to specific pressure points on the hands, feet, ears and other parts of the body to promote good health and well-being.
Each pressure point corresponds to a particular area of the body. My professional experience helps me to know which areas need to be manipulated in order to treat a wide range of aches, pains and ailments.

Massage can be used for a number of different reasons. As well as being a relaxing treatment, being good as a form of pampering or treat, it promotes health and well-being by relaxing muscles and aching joints.
Indian Head Massage
This ancient massage focuses on the head, neck and shoulders with the purpose of manipulating energy channels and blocking negative energy that can cause ailments.

Aromatherapy is a type of alternative therapy that uses essential oils and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of improving general health and well-being.
As well as reliving stress and promoting relaxation, it can be used in conjunction with other treatments in order to prevent a number of illnesses and ailments. It helps the body heal itself by gradually working to strengthen the immune system.

Full body (90mins) = £45
The candles consist of an organic linen interior which is coated with a wax exterior; they are hollow and are completely natural. They are carefully inserted into the ear and burned slowly. Hopi-Ear candles can be used in the treatment of conditions such as tinnitus, excessive ear wax, ear pain and sinus problems.
